    All information on the Site—including rates, LTV ratios, calculators, blog posts, and testimonials—is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The decision to enter into a loan, pledge bitcoin as collateral, or take any other action rests entirely with you. Always consult qualified professionals and conduct your own due diligence.

IF A COURT FINDS US LIABLE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

    17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be amicably resolved within 30 days shall be finally settled by the Czech courts. The arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

    If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
